Procedure for Request of Food Donations

It is Cafe Carolina and Bakery’s philosophy to support and assist our communities whenever possible. However, because of budget restrictions and allocations, we regret that not all requests for food donations can be honored.

All requests must be received no less than 3 weeks prior to the event. Please complete this form below. Once we receive this completed form, your request will be given every consideration. Telephone requests cannot be accepted. You will be contacted once your request has been considered.
